Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Please email info@distinguishedone.com with any questions regarding your order or inquiries. We will do our best to reply to your question(s) within 48 hours.

Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?

NO REFUNDS. Exchanges only. Unworn, unwashed, and undried items can be returned; within 10 days of purchase from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to info@distinguishedone.com within 3 days of receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3 – 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for ground shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify info@distinguishedone.com. You will receive an email from info@distinguishedone.com when your order has been confirmed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal or Stripe.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
