NO REFUNDS. Exchanges only. Unworn, unwashed, and undried items can be returned; within 10 days of purchase from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to info@distinguishedone.com within 3 days of receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise.
Domestic and International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Distinguished One for the exchange. Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.
Please refer to the size chart. There are no refunds allowed so please make sure that you refer to the size chart for each item prior to selecting it for purchase.
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for ground shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify info@distinguishedone.com. You will receive an email from info@distinguishedone.com when your order has been confirmed.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
